Released: December 3, 1999 WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU DENIES RELIEF TO CERTAIN 800 MHz SPECIALIZED MOBILE RADIO LICENSEES The Commission has received various requests for reinstatement and/or other relief from the former 800 MHz Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR) licensees listed in the Appendix hereto. The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has reviewed these requests, and has determined that none of the licensees has demonstrated good cause to grant the relief requested.
