               WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU
             COMMERCIAL WIRELESS DIVISION DISMISSES
                     APPLICATION FOR REVIEW
                                
     An Application for Review was filed against an order released by the Deputy Chief, Licensing
Division, Private Radio Bureau involving 800 MHz Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR) Station WNZH441,
Hemet, CA.  Nextel Communications, Inc. (Nextel) has purchased Station WNZH441.  Nextel, as
successor-in-interest, has asked to withdraw the Application for Review.  The Commercial Wireless
Division has reviewed the pleadings and hereby approves the withdrawal of the application for review in
accordance with sections 0.331 and 1.115 of the Commission's rules.
