(Metrocall) filed a Petition for Reconsideration (Petition) of the Narrowband Branch's June 25, 1997, decision to dismiss its application to relocate call sign KNKF249 operating on 75.60 MHz at Haymarket, Virginia. By letter dated November 23, 1999, Metrocall requested withdrawal of its Petition.
