On November 12, 1999, Southern Company asked to withdraw its Application for Review because the issues raised in that pleading have been mooted by the decision of the United States Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia in Fresno Mobile Radio, Inc., et al. v. Federal Communications Commission, and the proceeding the Bureau initiated on remand. The Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed the pleadings and hereby approves the withdrawal of the Application for Review in accordance with sections 0.331 and 1.115 of the Commission's rules.
