              WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU 
      APPROVES WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION

     On December 15, 1994, Radiofone, Inc. (Radiofone) filed a Petition for Reconsideration (Petition)
of a grant of a private carrier paging license to 800 Page-USA, Inc. for frequency 929.6375 MHz
operating under call sign WPFN852.    
          
     By letter dated November 23, 1999, Radiofone requested withdrawal of its Petition, noting that it
"has decided not to pursue its paging operations in the Miami, Florida area for business reasons." 
The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed and hereby approves
Radiofone, Inc.'s request to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration, filed on December 15, 1994.
