              WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU 
       APPROVES WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION TO DISMISS OR DENY

     On September 26, 1996, Radiofone, Inc. (Radiofone) filed a Petition to Dismiss or Deny the
applications of 800 Page-USA, Inc. for frequency 929.6375 MHz at Hobe Sound, Tavernier, Miami,
Sugarloaf Key, and Marathon, Florida.    
          
     By letter dated November 23, 1999, Radiofone requested withdrawal of its Petition to Dismiss or
Deny, noting that it "has decided not to pursue its paging operations in the Miami, Florida area for
business reasons."  The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed
and hereby approves Radiofone, Inc.'s request to withdraw its Petition to Dismiss or Deny, filed on
September 26, 1996.
