(Radiofone) filed a Petition to Dismiss or Deny the applications of 800 Page-USA, Inc. for frequency 929.6375 MHz at Hobe Sound, Tavernier, Miami, Sugarloaf Key, and Marathon, Florida. By letter dated November 23, 1999, Radiofone requested withdrawal of its Petition to Dismiss or Deny, noting that it "has decided not to pursue its paging operations in the Miami, Florida area for business reasons."
