             COMMERCIAL WIRELESS DIVISION DISMISSES
               16 PETITIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
                                
     As indicated below, 16 Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR) licensees have filed individual FCC
Forms 405A requesting Cancellation / Notification of Station Closure of their 800 MHz SMR licenses.
These licensees previously filed individual petitions for extension of time to construct their licenses.  The
cancellations of these licenses or withdrawals of the petitions render the individual petitions for extension of
time moot.
