              WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU 
            APPROVES WITHDRAWAL OF INFORMAL REQUEST
                     FOR COMMISSION ACTION 

     On September 16, 1993, Paging Plus, Inc. (PPI) filed a Request for Commission Action against 
Robert Fetterman's (Fetterman) application seeking authority to construct and operate a new  Public
Land Mobile Service facility on 454.125 MHz at Bald Eagle Mountain, 4 miles south of Williamsport,
Pennsylvania.  Fetterman's application was assigned FCC File No. 27030-CD-P/L-01-93.
          
     By letter dated October 26, 1993, PPI requested withdrawal of its Request for Commission Action. 
The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed and hereby approves
PPI's request to withdraw this pleading.
