WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA (REGION 36) PUBLIC SAFETY 
PLANNING COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES MEETING
(PR DOCKET NO. 92-274)

The Region 36 (Western Pennsylvania) Planning Committee, in accordance with the Federal 
Communications Commission Report and Order in Docket 87-112, 3 FCC Rcd 905 (1987) and 
with its previously approved plan, Order, PR Docket No. 92-274, 8 FCC Rcd 798 (1993), 
announces the opening of a Filing Window for submittal of radio channel allotment requests and 
license applications for radio frequencies in the 821-824/866-869 MHz band.  The filing window 
will be from December 1, 1999 to February 1, 2000.  Requests for additional information, 
requests for application forms, and all completed applications should be sent to:

The next meeting of the Region 36 Planning Committee is scheduled to take place at 1:30 p.m.
