AEP is the parent  !company of seven electric utilities serving approximately seven million consumers in parts  !A(including many remote areas) of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and  !Tennessee. It is licensed for one hundred and twentyfive 800 MHz I/LT facilities that, when  !fully constructed, will provide communications capabilities over more than 45,000 square miles.  !AEP uses its system which was designed to address peak loading, reliability and control issues  !attendant to the rapidwide scale mobilization of personnel and equipment to dispatch and coordinate inspection, maintenance and emergency response activities.  !hPrivate Land Mobile Radio Service frequencies in the 800 MHz band are divided into the  !Ifollowing five categories: Specialized Mobile Radio, Public Safety, Business, I/LT, and General.  ! Section 90.179(a) of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  90.179(a), provides that a licensee may  !+share its radio station only with users that would be eligible for separate authorization to use  !pthose frequencies. Public Safety and Federal Government entities are not eligible to be licensed  !@on 800 MHz I/LT or Business Category spectrum.
