FILES MAJOR AMENDMENT TO LONG-FORM APPLICATION FOR PHASE II 220 MHz LICENSE Report No. AUC-18-K (Auction No. 18) Winsome, Inc. (Winsome) has filed a major amendment to its long-form application for a Phase II 220 MHz license. Accordingly, we place Winsome's amended long-form application on public notice. Petitions to deny Winsome's long-form application must be filed no later than April 8, 1999, which is ten (10) days after the date of this Public Notice. See 47 C.F.R.  1.2108(b). Oppositions to any petitions to deny that may be filed must be filed no later than April 15, 1999, and replies to oppositions must be filed no later than April 22, 1999. See 47 C.F.R.  1.2108(c). All filings this Phase II 220 MHz long-form application should refer to File No. 0000002484.
