                Wireless Telecommunications Bureau
        Establishes Pleading Cycle for Pleadings filed in
                  Response to the AirCell Order


     On December 24, 1998, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau issued an order granting, in part,
AirCell, Inc.'s (AirCell) Petition for Waiver.  On January 25, 1999, the following pleadings were filed in
response to the AirCell Order:  AirCell filed a Petition for Reconsideration and Clarification;  Ameritech,
BellSouth Cellular Corp., GTE Wireless Inc., SBC Wireless, Inc., AirTouch Communications, Inc., AT&T
Wireless Services, Inc., and Bell Atlantic Mobile, Inc. filed a joint Application for Review; and, TruePosition,
Inc. filed a Petition for Clarification.

     The deadline for filing Oppositions to these pleadings is February 19, 1999.  The deadline for Replies
is March 5, 1999.
