Notice is hereby given that the application of GCC License Corp. ("GCC") File No. 02434-CL-P2-97 IS
GRANTED.  GCC was granted Phase II authority to provide cellular service at Cotton Woods Falls, 
Kansas on July 3, 1997.  See Report Public Notice  No. CL-97-68.  On July 23, 1997,  GCC's license was
set aside pursuant to the Commission's stay order involving MobileMedia Corporation in which the
Commission directed that no radio applications in which a former or current officer, director or senior
manager of MobileMedia Corporation holds an attributable interest should be granted.  See MobileMedia
Corp., FCC 97-197, (Released June 6, 1997).  The Commission's subsequent order, released August 8,
1997, modifies the Commission's stay order and allows for the grant of GCC's license.  See MobileMedia
Corp. FCC 97-284, (Released August 8, 1997).


Market 541A, Nebraska 9 - Adams RSA

Notice is hereby given that the application of GCC License Corp. ("GCC") File No. 02232-CL-P2-97 IS
GRANTED.  GCC was granted Phase II authority to provide cellular service at Red Cloud,  Nebraska on
June 27, 1997.  See Report Public Notice  No. CL-97-67.  On July 23, 1997,  GCC's license was set aside
pursuant to the Commission's stay order involving MobileMedia Corporation in which the Commission
directed that no radio applications in which a former or current officer, director or senior manager of
MobileMedia Corporation holds an attributable interest should be granted.  See MobileMedia Corp.,
FCC 97-197, (Released June 6, 1997).  The Commission's subsequent order, released August 8, 1997,
modifies the Commission's stay order and allows for the grant of GCC's license.  See MobileMedia Corp.
FCC 97-284, (Released August 8, 1997).


Market 580A, North Dakota 1 - Divide RSA

Notice is hereby given that the application of WCC Holding Co., Inc. ("WCC") File No. 02256-CL-P2-
97 IS GRANTED.  WCC was granted Phase II authority to provide cellular service at Garrison,  North
Dakota on June 27, 1997.  See Report Public Notice  No. CL-97-67.  On July 23, 1997,  WCC's license
was set aside pursuant to the Commission's stay order involving MobileMedia Corporation in which the
Commission directed that no radio applications in which a former or current officer, director or senior
manager of MobileMedia Corporation holds an attributable interest should be granted.  See MobileMedia
