(Granted 7/11/97, Station KNKN309) In 1994, the Review Board affirmed the Administrative Law Judge decision revoking the cellular RSA license of Crystal Communications Systems (Crystal) for RSA Market 606A, Oregon 1 - Clatsop, (Market 606A).
