In Public Notice Report No. CL-97-20 released January 14, 1997, announcing acceptance of Phase
I Sole Applications, we stated that the paper original of the applications with two (2) full-sized
(1:500.000) maps must be filed within seven (7) days of the Public Notice.  In this Public Notice
we clarify the previously issued Public Notice by revising "seven (7) days" to read "seven (7)
business days".  The original of the applications must  be filed by January 24, 1997.

All other provisions of  Public Notice  Report No. CL-97-20 remain unchanged.
