             COMMERCIAL WIRELESS DIVISION APPROVES
                WITHDRAWALS OF PETITIONS TO DENY

On September 15, 1995, Contact Communications, Inc. (Contact) filed a consolidated petition to
deny Merryville Investments' (Merryville) applications listed below for paging facilities on the
931.2125 Mhz frequency filed under Part 22 of the Commission's rules.  On October 25, 1995,
Contact submitted a motion to dismiss its petition.  The Commercial Wireless Division (Division)
has reviewed the petition and finds that it raises no substantial or material questions of fact under
Section 309 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  309.  The Division has further
reviewed and approves the motion to dismiss the petition in accordance with Sections 22.129,
22.130, and 0.331 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  22.129, 22.130 and 0.331.

On August 24, 1995, Contact filed informal oppositions to amendments to Merryville's applications
listed below for paging facilities on the 931.3875 Mhz frequency.  On October 25, 1995, Contact
submitted motions to dismiss its oppositions.  The Division has reviewed the oppositions and finds
that they raise no substantial or material questions of fact under Section 309 of the Communications
Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  309.  The Division has further reviewed and approves the motions to
dismiss the oppositions in accordance with Sections 1.41, 22.129, 22.130, and 0.331 of the
Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.41, 22.129, 22.130 and 0.331.
