Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, Inc. filed a petition to deny on March 14, 1995. Both parties filed a consent motion for extension of time on April 6, 1995. On August 11, 1995, Step Ten wrote to the Commission and requested dismissal of its application. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 22.128(a)(2) of the Commission's Rules, Step Ten's application is dismissed without prejudice February 23, 1996. The Commission dismisses the petition to deny as moot and grants consent motion for extension of time.
