By the Commission's letter dated March 6, 1995, the application of
Frank Raymond/Delta Trust Partnership, File No. 10106-CL-P-085-A-
93, was found to be defective pursuant to Sections 22.20(a)(i) and
22.924(b)(1) of the Commission's Rules for failure to depict the
CGSA and the service area boundary of the proposed cell site. 


Both the letter and the application will be available for public
