On June 13, 1995, AirTouch Paging ("AirTouch") filed a Petition for Reconsideration ("Petition") requesting that the Commission review the grant of James Klouda's application for the 931.0625 MHz frequency in Roanoke, Virginia. In support of its Petition, AirTouch contends that it is in the process of establishing a regional paging system on the 931.0625 MHz frequency. 2. Pursuant to 22.144(b) of the Commission's Rules, James Klouda's construction permit terminated on May 16, 1996, without any specific Commission action. On October 30, 1996, the Commission released a Public Notice announcing this termination. The termination of James Klouda's construction permit renders AirTouch's Petition moot. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the Authority delegated by Section 4(i) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i) and 309, that the AirTouch Paging Petition for Reconsideration, filed on June 13, 1995, IS DISMISSED AS MOOT.
