The Commission has before it an Application for Review, filed on March 25, 1996 by Liberty Communications, Inc. ("Liberty"). Liberty seeks review of a letter decision by the Land Mobile Branch, Licensing Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau ("Bureau") denying reconsideration of its grant-in-part of the above referenced application. 2. Liberty presents no arguments in its Application for Review that would lead us to change the Bureau's decision. We therefore affirm the Bureau's decision for the reasons stated therein. 3.
