Cassell ) ) Finder's Preference Request ) File No. 94F101 for Station WNQY298 ) Licensed to Margaret B. Wright Trust) at Bethany Beach, Deleware ) MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Adopted: November 29, 1999 Released: December 1, 1999 By the Commission: 1. The Commission has before it an Application for Review, filed on March 17, 1997 by the Margaret B. Wright Trust ("the Trust"). The Trust seeks review of a decision by the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau ("Bureau") denying the Trust's petition for reconsideration, awarding a finder's preference to James A Cassell, and cancelling the license for Station WNQY298. 2. The Trust presents no arguments in its Application for Review that would lead us to change the Division's decision. We therefore affirm the Division's decision for the reasons stated therein. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 5(c)(5) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 155(c)(5), and Section 1.115(g) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 1.115(g), the Application for Review filed by the Trust on March 17, 1997 in the above-captioned proceeding IS DENIED.
