Before the Federal Communications Commission Washington, D.C. 20554 In the Matter of: ) ) Michael Roeder ) ) Finder's Preference Proceeding ) File Nos. 93F692 and 93F753 for Station WNPR528 ) at Indianapolis, Indiana ) MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Adopted: October 21, 1999 Released: October 29, 1999 By the Commission: 1. The Commission has before it an Application for Review, filed on February 28, 1996 by Michael Roeder ("Roeder"). Roeder seeks review of a decision by the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau ("Bureau") granting the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Indiana Radio Service, Inc., the former licensee of station WNPR528, rescinding the finder's preference awarded to Roeder for station WNPR528, and denying Roeder's subsequently amended finder's preference request for station WNPR528. 2. Roeder presents no arguments in its Application for Review that would lead us to change the Bureau's decision. We therefore affirm the Bureau's decision for the reasons stated therein. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 5(c)(5) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 155(c)(5), and Section 1.115(g) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 1.115(g), the Application for Review filed by Michael Roeder on February 28, 1996, in the above- captioned proceeding IS DENIED.
