On April 21, 1997, Jon D. Word, dba Word Communications (Word) filed an Application for Review of a decision by the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's Commercial Wireless Division (Division). In its application, Word requested the authority to construct and operate a new base station transmitter in Raton, New Mexico on frequency 931.0375 MHz. On May 15, 1996, the Division's Narrowband Branch granted Word an authorization to construct and operate on frequency 931.6125 MHz. On June 14, 1996, Word filed a petition for partial reconsideration asking for the authority to operate on the frequency specifically requested in its application. In an Order released on March 21, 1997, the Division denied Word's petition for partial reconsideration. 2. Word presents no arguments in its Application for Review that would lead us to change the Division's decision. We therefore affirm the Division's decision for the reasons stated therein. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Section 5(c)(5) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  155(c)(5), and Section 1.115 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.115, the Application for Review filed by Jon D.
