On July 23, 1999, Priority Communications, Inc. In its application, Priority requested the authority to add a co-channel base station at Colquitt, Georgia on frequency 931.2375 MHz. The Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch granted Priority an authorization to construct and operate on frequency 931.0125 MHz (File No. 22404-CD-P/ML- 95).
