ERRATUM

By the Chief, Auctions and Industry Analysis Division:

     This erratum makes a correction to the text of the Second Memorandum Opinion and
Order on Reconsideration, (FCC 99-368) in the above captioned proceeding, which was  released
on December 2, 1999.   A corrected version of the Second Memorandum Opinion and Order on
Reconsideration will be published in the Federal Register and the FCC Record.
 
     1.  The first sentence of paragraph 1 is revised to read as follows: "The Commission has
before it two petitions for reconsideration ("Petitions"), filed by the American Mobile
Telecommunications Association (AMTA) and Small Business in Telecommunications (SBT)
(collectively "Petitioners") on September 2, 1997."
