By the Chief, Public Safety and Private Wireless Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:

     This Errata corrects an error in the Memorandum Opinion and Order (FCC 99-347) in this
proceeding, released on November 19, 1999.  This error will be corrected prior to the publication of the
Memorandum Order and Opinion in the FCC Record.  Paragraph 22 is replaced with the following:

     "IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to the authority of Sections 4(i) and 308 of the
Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 308, the dismissals of the applications
designated by FCC File Nos. 9601688, 9601689, 9601690, 9601702, 9601718, 9601719, and 9601720,
and the return of the amendments to the applications designated by FCC File Nos. 9409621, 9505522,
9505525, 9505566, and 9506938 ARE AFFIRMED."

This action is taken under delegated authority pursuant to Sections 0.131 and 0.331 of the
Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.131, 0.331.
