This erratum corrects the Memorandum Opinion and Order in this proceeding, FCC 99-179, released on July 29, 1999. Specifically, Appendix C of the Memorandum Opinion and Order is corrected by removing the reference to 47 C.F.R.  1.2102(a)(9). 2. The reference to Part 1 of Chapter 1 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations is corrected to remove paragraph 2 in Part A, containing the language that would have added a new  1.2102 (a) (9) which would have read "Economic Area licenses in the 38.6-40.0 GHz band."
