                             ERRATA


                 Errata released:  June 9, 1999  

By the Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:

     On May 24, 1999, the Commission released the Memorandum Opinion and Order on
Reconsideration and Third Report and Order (FCC 99-98) in the captioned proceeding.  These errata correct
the following errors in the released text prior to publication of the summary of this item in the Federal
Register and of the complete item in the FCC Record:

     1.   The last sentence of paragraph 12 is replaced with the following:

          "Having already considered these arguments, we deny the petitions for reconsideration and
     application for review of the CWD Order that are listed in footnote 51."

     2.   Footnote 52 is replaced with the following:

          "Petitions for reconsideration of the CWD Order were also filed on January 13, 1999, by Ameritech
     Mobile Services, Inc., Capitol Radiotelephone Company Inc. dba Capitol Paging, Clear Paging, Inc.,
     Express Message Corporation, and Western Paging I Corporation (two petitions).  Because these
     petitioners raise arguments specific to whether their applications were actually mutually exclusive
     with other applications, we will resolve their petitions in a separate order."

     3.     The Ordering Clause in paragraph 176 is replaced with the following:

          "IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitions for reconsideration and application for review of
     the CWD Order listed in footnote 51 ARE DENIED.  This action is taken pursuant to Sections           4(i), 303(r), 309(j), 332, and 405 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 
     154(i), 303(r), 309(j), 332, and 405, and Sections 1.429(i) and 1.115 of the Commission's rules, 47
     C.F.R.  1.429(i), 1.115."

     This action is taken under delegated authority pursuant to Section 0.331 of the Commission's Rules,
47 C.F.R.  0.331.
