     This erratum corrects the Order on Reconsideration, released September 8, 1999, DA 99-1828, by
correcting the file number for one of the above-captioned applications.  The subject application was filed
by Winstar Wireless, Inc. on May 10, 1995.  The Order on Reconsideration is corrected as follows:

     1.  The caption in the Order on Reconsideration is corrected by deleting file number 9504887, and
inserting file number 9504877.     2.  Footnote number 19 is corrected by deleting file number 9540877, and inserting file number
9504877.

     3.   Paragraph 10 is corrected to read as follows:
