     This erratum corrects the Memorandum Opinion and Order in the above-captioned proceeding released
on July 22, 1999, DA 99-1440, by adding the following paragraph:

     59.  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to section 4(i) of the Communications Act of
1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), and section 1.2109(a) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 
1.2109(a), the grant of Leap Wireless International Inc.'s Long Form Application is conditioned on the full and
timely payment of the remaining balance of its winning bids.
