By the Deputy Chief, Commercial Wireless Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:

     This erratum corrects the Order in the above captioned procdeeding released on June 18, 1999, by:

     1.  Adding the following text at the end of paragraph 11:

     We further note that eighteen other unserved area applications are presently pending for the Santa
Cruz MSA.  Those applications, which are listed in Attachment A, will be dismissed for the same reason.

     2.  Adding a new paragraph 15:

     IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 309 of the Communications Act of
1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i) and 309, and Sections 0.331 and 22.128(d)(2) of the Commission's
Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331 and 128(d)(2), each of the applications listed in Attachment A, for a new
authorization to construct DPCRTS systems in unserved portions of the Santa Cruz, California MSA, IS
