     This erratum corrects the Order in the above captioned proceeding released on June 15, 1999, 
by: 

     1.  Adding the following text at the end of paragraph 4:

     We further note that one hundred thirty-six other Phase I cellular unserved area applications are
presently pending for the Great Falls, Montana MSA, Market 279B.  Those applications, which are listed in
Attachment A, will be dismissed for the same reason.

     2.  Adding a new paragraph 7:

     IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 309 of the Communications Act of
1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i) and 309, and Sections 0.331 and 22.128(d)(2) of the Commission's
Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331 and 128(d)(2), each of the Phase I unserved area applications listed in Attachment
A IS HEREBY DISMISSED.
