By the Chief, Public Safety and Private Wireless Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:
                  
     This erratum corrects the Memorandum Opinion and Order, released on March 5, 1999, DA 99-465,
by correcting the file number for one of the above-captioned applications.  The subject application was filed
by the State of New Hampshire on July 22, 1993.  The Memorandum Opinion and Order is corrected as
follows:

     1.   The caption in the Memorandum Opinion and Order is corrected by deleting file number
27047-CD-P/L-94, and inserting file number 27047-CD-P/ML-93.

     2.   Paragraph 24 is corrected to read as follows:

          24.  It is FURTHER ORDERED pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 309 of the Communications
Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i) and 309, and Section 1.945(b) of the Commission's Rules, 47
C.F.R.  1.945(b), that the application of the State of New Hampshire, File No. 27047-CD-P/ML-93, as
amended, is GRANTED, subject to Canadian coordination, as required by 47 C.F.R.   1.923(f).
