We have before us a letter dated November 17, 1999, from Mr. Jeremy Greene challenging a letter issued by the Auctions and Industry Analysis Division on November 10, 1999, denying his request for waiver of the Federal Communications Commission's ("Commission") competitive bidding rules and ordering him to pay a withdrawal payment of $171,398.00. In his waiver request, Mr. Greene sought a waiver of the Commission's bid withdrawal payment rule, Sections 90.1007, 1.2104 (g). We construe Mr. Greene's November 17, 1999 letter as a Petition for Reconsideration of our Waiver Denial. 2. We conclude that the Division properly decided the matters raised below, and we uphold its decision for the reasons stated therein. We find no reason to disturb this decision. 3. Accordingly, it is ordered that the November 17, 1999 Petition for Reconsideration filed by Jeremy Greene is hereby denied. This action is taken under delegated authority pursuant to section 0.331 of the Commission's Rules. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Gerald P. Vaughan Deputy Chief Wireless Telecommunications Bureau
