This Order grants a petition for reconsideration (Petition), filed by Schuylkill Mobile Fone, Inc. (Schuylkill) on April 28, 1995, of an action taken by the Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch (Branch). Schuylkill seeks reconsideration of the Branch's decision to dismiss the above-captioned application due to mutual exclusivity. The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed the Petition and agrees that the above-captioned application is not mutually exclusive with another application and that dismissal of Schuylkill's application was in error. Thus, we hereby grant the Petition and return the application to pending status. 2.
