On September 21, 1993, Scuylkill Mobile Fone, Inc. (Schuylkill) filed the above- captioned application. In response, Robert Fetterman (Fetterman) filed a Petition to Deny (Petition) on November 17, 1993, alleging that the application was untimely filed and was filed for strike purposes. After the Petition was filed, however, the Licensing and Technical Analysis Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division, on its own motion, dismissed Schuylkill's application because it was mutually exclusive with two applications filed by Fetterman. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition as moot. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to section 4(i) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), and sections 0.331 and 22.130 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331, 22.130, the petition to deny filed by Robert Fetterman on November 17, 1993 IS DISMISSED as moot.
