In this Order, we dismiss as moot the Request for Special Temporary Authority (STA Request) filed by Cook Inlet/Voice Stream PCS, L.L.C. (Cook Inlet) on June 2, 1999. Cook Inlet requested special temporary authority to begin testing its system in markets for which Cook Inlet was the high bidder in Auction 22, the C, D, E and F block broadband PCS license auction that closed on April 15, 1999. 2. During the pendency of Cook Inlet's STA Request, Cook Inlet was granted all of the licenses for which it was the high bidder in Auction 22. As a result, Cook Inlet's STA Request is moot. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to section 4(i) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), and section 0.331 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331, the Request for Special Temporary Authority filed by Cook Inlet/Voice Stream PCS, L.L.C. on June 2, 1999 IS DISMISSED AS MOOT.
