On June 23, 1999, The Northcentral Broadcasting Co. (Northcentral) filed a petition for reconsideration (petition) of a June 22, 1999, decision by the Licensing and Technical Analysis Branch (Branch) of the Commercial Wireless Division, dismissing the above-captioned application for renewal of license authorization because it did not contain a valid signature.
