On February 8, 1999, Metrocall USA, Inc. (Metrocall) filed a request seeking reinstatement of the above-captioned station authorizations (Reinstatement Request). For the reasons discussed below, we grant the Reinstatement Request. 2. In its Reinstatement Request, Metrocall states that on July 22, 1997, it filed FCC Forms 800A for stations KNNQ293 and KNNP233. On August 1, 1997, Metrocall filed an FCC Form 800A for station WPJI793. Despite Metrocall's certifications, on January 5, 1999, the Licensing and Technical Analysis Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division cancelled the above-captioned stations. Upon a review of the record, we determine that it was an administrative error to cancel these licensees. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 405, and sections 0.331, 1.106, and 90.149 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331, 1.106, and 90.149, the request for reinstatement filed by Metrocall USA, Inc. on February 8, 1999, IS GRANTED.
