On October 31, 1995, Radiofone Inc. (Radiofone) filed a petition for partial reconsideration (Petition) of an October 5, 1995, decision of the Licensing Division of the Land Mobile Branch (Branch), Private Radio Bureau, granting in part Radiofone's request for one-year extended implementation authority. On November 5, 1999, Radiofone filed a modification of its Petition (Modified Petition). In its Modified Petition, Radiofone argues that the following stations were erroneously omitted from the list of stations that were granted extended implementation: Station WPFM391 on frequencies 929.6375 and 929.6875 MHz at Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia; and Station WPFN544 on frequencies 929.6375 and 929.6875 MHz at Lynchburg, Virginia. Upon review of our records, we agree that the Branch's partial grant of extended implementation authority inadvertently omitted the above-referenced stations due to an administrative error. We therefore grant Radiofone's Modified Petition and grant an additional one year construction period for these stations. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i), (405), and sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.331, 1.106, the modified petition for reconsideration filed by Radiofone, Inc. on November 5, 1999, IS GRANTED.
