On July 14, 1995, Page Telecommunications, Inc. (PTI) filed a Petition to Institute Show Cause Proceeding (Petition) to revoke the above station authorizations of American Paging, Inc. (API). For the reasons discussed below, we dismiss the Petition as moot. 2. Having reviewed the Commission's records, we have determined that the licenses for the above stations were cancelled on March 12, 1998, pursuant to API's request. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition as moot. 3.
