On March 24, 1997, Radiofone, Inc. (Radiofone) filed a petition for reconsideration (Petition) of the Land Mobile Branch's (Branch) February 20, 1997 decision to dismiss the captioned paging application. For the reasons discussed below, we grant the Petition. 2. In its Petition, Radiofone states that the captioned application proposes expansion of its regional exclusive system on the frequency 929.6375 MHz. Upon review, we determine that the application was dismissed as a result of an administrative error. Accordingly, we grant the Petition, to the extent Radiofone seeks an authorization for frequency 929.6375 MHz, and reinstate the application for processing and review on that frequency. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to authority delegated by sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), (405), and by sections 0.331 and 1.106 and of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331, 1.106, the petition for reconsideration filed by Radiofone, Inc. on March 24, 1997, IS GRANTED.
