On March 25, 1997, Radiofone, Inc. (Radiofone) filed twenty-four petitions for reconsideration (Petitions) of the Land Mobile Branch's February 20, 1997, decision to dismiss the captioned paging applications. For the reasons discussed below, we grant the Petitions. 2. In its Petitions, Radiofone states that the above applications propose expansion of its regional exclusive system on the frequency 929.6375 MHz. Upon review, we determine that the applications were dismissed as a result of an administrative error. Accordingly, we grant the Petitions and reinstate the applications for processing and review. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to authority delegated by sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 405, and by sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331, 1.106, the petitions for reconsideration, filed by Radiofone, Inc.
