This Order dismisses a Petition for Revocation of Licenses (Petition), filed on March 15, 1994 by San Diego Paging, Inc. (SDP). For the reasons discussed below, we dismiss the Petition as moot. 2. On April 11, 1996, the Enforcement Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau determined that Thomas W. Luczak d/b/a/ Cellular Paging's licenses for Stations WPDD214 and WPDD215 cancelled automatically when such stations were not placed in service in a timely fashion, as required by section 90.155(a). Further, the Enforcement Division determined that this action substantially resolved the matters complained of by SDP and that it would take no further action with respect to SDP's Petition for Revocation of Licenses. In light of the Enforcement Division's decision, we dismiss the Petition as moot. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to section 4(i), of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i), and section 0.331 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.331 the Petition for Revocation of Licenses filed by San Diego Paging, Inc.
