This Order dismisses as moot the petition to deny and the petition for reconsideration filed by TSR Paging, Inc. (TPI) against the above-captioned application of USA Mobile Communications, Inc. II (USA Mobile). 2. On November 4, 1997, the Commission granted the above-captioned application of USA Mobile. Two days later, on November 6, 1997, TPI filed the petition to deny. In response to the grant, TPI filed the petition for reconsideration on November 17, 1997, alleging that USA Mobile's application was granted prior to the expiration of the statutory 30-day time period within which petitions to dismiss may be filed, and thus was granted in error. After the petitions were filed, however, USA Mobile surrendered its authorization to operate the Dyersburg site. Accordingly, we dismiss the petitions as moot. 3.
