On June 14, 1999, Map Mobile Communications, Inc. (Map Mobile) filed a request for reinstatement of two sites authorized to station WPHA961. For the reasons discussed below, we grant the reinstatement request for two of the constructed sites authorized to the captioned station. 2. On July 24, 1996, Map Mobile filed FCC Form 800-A certifying that the captioned station was not in operation at any of the five authorized sites. On August 9, 1996, Map Mobile filed an amendment letter certifying that it had constructed and was operating at two of the five sites authorized to the station, prior to the April 24, 1996 construction deadline. On November 7, 1996, in response to Map Mobile's second certification letter, the Commission issued a superseded license for station WPHA961 covering its two constructed and operating sites. A review of our records reveals that on February 21, 1997, because of an administrative error, the Commission erroneously cancelled the superseded license. Accordingly, we grant Map Mobile's request for reinstatement. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to authority delegated by sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i), 405, and by sections 0.331, and 1.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.331 and 1.106 the request for reinstatement, filed by Map Mobile Communications, Inc. IS GRANTED. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Cynthia S. Thomas Deputy Chief, Policy and Rules Branch Commercial Wireless Division Wireless Telecommunications Bureau
