On January 13, 1999, Metrocall USA, Inc. (Metrocall) filed a petition for reconsideration (Petition) of the Commercial Wireless Division's (Division) decision to dismiss the captioned paging applications. For the reasons discussed below, we grant the Petition. 2. In its Petition, Metrocall states that the interference contours of the captioned applications are completely encompassed within the interference contours of Metrocall's previously authorized and operating transmitters. We agree. Upon review, we find that the following stations would be located within the interference contours of Metrocall's previously authorized and operating transmitters: File Number D067428: Wilmington, DE: Latitude 39-44-52 N; Longitude 075-32-51 W. Vineland, NJ: Latitude 39-28-59 N; Longitude 075-08-08 W. Holyoke, MA: Latitude 42-14-32 N; Longitude 072-38-55 W. Accordingly, we grant the Petition with respect to these stations and reinstate the applications for processing and review. 3. Finally, Metrocall states that it will file a minor amendment to delete the proposed site in Blacksburg, Virginia, which Metrocall acknowledges does not qualify as a permissive additional transmitter. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to authority delegated by sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 405, and by sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.3331, 1.106, the petition for reconsideration, filed by Metrocall USA, Inc.
