On January 13, 1999, Morris Communications, Inc. (Morris) filed a petition for reconsideration (Petition) of the Commercial Wireless Division's (Division) decision to dismiss the captioned paging applications. For the reasons discussed below, we grant the Petition in part, and deny the Petition in part. 2. In its Petition, Morris states that the interference contours of the captioned applications are completely encompassed within the interference contours of Morris' previously authorized and operating transmitters. We agree in part. Upon review, we find that the following stations would be located within the interference contours of Morris' previously authorized and operating transmitters: File Number D049866: Lewisburg, TN: Latitude 35-07-37 N; Longitude 086-45-56 W. File Number D049869: Milledgeville, GA: Latitude 33-04-38 N; Longitude 083-08-43 W. Social Circle, GA: Latitude 33-42-43 N; Longitude 083-41-54 W. Commerce, GA: Latitude 34-12-11 N; Longitude 083-27-11 W. File Number D049899: Fayetteville, TN: Latitude 35-07-37 N; Longitude 086-34-47 W. Accordingly, we grant the Petition with respect to these stations and reinstate the applications for processing and review. 3. We find, however, that the following stations would not be contained within the interference contours of Morris' previously authorized and operating transmitters: File Number D049867: Sandersville, GA: Latitude 33-03-39 N; Longitude 082-47-07 W. Griffin, GA: Latitude 33-20-43 N; Longitude 084-18-00 W. File Number D049876: Gilreath, NC: Latitude 36-02-48 N; Longitude 081-09-47 W. File Number D058714: Easley, SC: Latitude 34-49-45 N; Longitude 082-48-10 W. We therefore deny the Petition with respect to these stations. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to authority delegated by sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 405, and by sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.3331, 1.106, the petition for reconsideration, filed by Morris Communications, Inc.
