On June 9, 1995, Radiofone, Inc. (Radiofone) filed a petition for reconsideration of the modified grant of the above-captioned application for private carrier paging (PCP) station WPAT296. For the reasons discussed below, we grant the Petition. 2. On October 8, 1992, Radiofone was granted the use of frequency 929.6375 for PCP station WPAT296 at (1) Minden, (2) Ruston, (3) Monroe, (4) Kenwood and (5) Lake Charles, Louisiana. On October 10, 1995, Radiofone was issued a modified grant of the license, indicating that Radiofone's authority to operate at three of the five original sites, i.e., Hinden, Ruston and Kenwood, was cancelled. That action resulted from information provided by Radiofone, in response to an FCC inquiry regarding the construction and operation of the station, in which Radiofone informed the Commission that the sites were not constructed because of leasing problems. 3. On August 22, 1994, PCIA forwarded Radiofone's application for modification to relicense the three deleted stations. In its Petition, Radiofone only seeks reissuance of the grant to include the transmitter locations at Minden and Ruston, Louisiana. Upon further consideration, we hereby grant Radiofone's application for modification to relicense these two stations. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to authority delegated by sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i), 405, and by sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.3331, 1.106, the petition for reconsideration, filed by Radiofone, Inc. on June 9, 1995, IS GRANTED.
