This Order grants a petition for reconsideration (Petition), filed on August 26, 1996, of an action taken by the Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch (Branch). In its license application, Priority Communications, Inc. (Priority) requested frequency 931.2375 MHz. That frequency, however, was erroneously identified as not available and the Narrowband Branch granted an authorization for frequency 931.6625 MHz. Priority seeks reconsideration of the grant and asks for the frequency specifically requested in its application. Upon review of its records, the Branch has determined that a data base error resulted in the denial of the application requesting frequency 931.2375 MHz. Accordingly, the Branch, having corrected its database, grants the Petition and assigns Priority frequency 931.2375 MHz. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 4(i) and 405, of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i) and 405, and sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.331 and 1.106, the petition for reconsideration IS GRANTED.
